In the case of a distance contract for the provision of services concluded with a consumer, according to the Civil Code, performance may only be commenced within 14 days of its conclusion at the express request of the party. The same applies to electronic communications services agreed remotely with an entrepreneurial natural person under the Electronic Communications Act. Therefore, I request that the obligation to provide the services agreed herein be commenced within the withdrawal period. I acknowledge that once the performance has been provided (the obligation to provide the services within the SIM card package has been fulfilled), my right to withdraw from the contract for such performance will cease.
